In December 2011, I decorated my first cake for my youngest son’s christening and discovered a hidden passion for cake decorating. I have since been asked to make numerous cakes for friends and family. In February 2015, in the face of redundancy and after 20 years of working in an office, I decided that it was time to turn my hobby into a business, which would allow me to look after my 2 sons. ‘Every Cloud Cakes and Bakes’ was born in May 2015.
