PERSONAL TRAINER SKIPTON The Fitness Chamber is a private, personal training studio situated in Skipton, North Yorkshire, established in 2019. We pride ourselves on delivering first class customer service and fitness instruction. The Owner and Trainer, Jamie Chambers, has a Masters Degree in Sport and Exercise Science and over ten years experience as a personal trainer. “I absolutely guarantee everyone who comes to my facility that they will be expertly, guided towards their fitness goals. Every level of ability is catered for and I promise that you will finish your session feeling great” ‘Be Fit. Be Strong. Be Motivated’ is our motto and you will certainly be that training with us. Training is our passion but we understand the enjoyment side of it, we will get to know you during our training time and if you have time post-session we can have a chat over a brew. We have a unique environment and training culture at The Fitness Chamber. Therefore, we welcome everyone to come and take part to improve their health and fitness.

Intershape Fitness Gym

A full workout fitness centre right in the heart of Skipton. It's next to the bus station for easy transport links if required. A large independant gym, fully equipped with machines, free weights, various card equipment and a 12.5m training rig. Intershape Skipton also houses an onsite ladies only gym.

Skipton Health & Fitness

We are a small independent fitness studio in Skipton with small class numbers. We adhere to social distancing guidelines and have strict sanitising procedures in place. Membership and class cards available. Please message us to book a class or for more information We offer a mixture of Facebook on-line and in person classes at our modern fitness studio in Skipton. Members are able to choose to work out at home via the internet or book a place in the studio via our class booking app. We offer classes in Fitness Pliates, Areobics, Lift Lean Strength Tone and Fitness, Metafit – HIIT, BalletFitness, Kettlercise, BoxFit, Legs Bums and Tums, Core, DDMix, Club Mix Areobics, Yoga, SOSADanceFitness. Sandylands Skipton

The Coulthurst Craven Sports Centre, known locally at Sandylands Sports Centre, became a self-help Registered Charity in 1984. It is a none-profit making organisation run in accordance with a Declaration of Trust dated 31 August 1984. Mooreys Health Store

Moorey’s Health Store was established in 1932, by Captain Nixon Moorey, in Blackburn, Lancashire. Upon his retirement his sons took over the business, with Walter becoming a well known and respected herbalist. Walter ran the store until the 1988 when his lifelong friend, Marjorie, took the reins.
